This spacious two bedroomed ground floor apartment was built in 2006 on the edge of the original part of the village and provides a peaceful location away from the general hubbub of village life whilst still being within very easy reach of all local facilities.

Restaurants, bars, supermarkets and harbours are all only a few minutes stroll away. The lagoons are about ten minutes walk to the north of the village and the surfer's beach is about ten minutes walk to the south.

With a total living space of 64 square metres, we offer more space than the average holiday let and provide ample 'elbow room' for up to six adults.

The spacious living room has plenty of room for up to six adults with two three seater settees - both of which can convert into additional beds for the larger family. The two uplighters both incorporate additional individual reading lights to help when the natural light starts to fade.

The television, which is tuned to local Spanish TV stations, is connected to a DVD player and a CD/tape casette/radio unit has also been provided for your entertainment whilst you are in the living room.

This room faces east and therefore receives the early morning sunshine and also avoids the heat from the sun at the hottest part of the day.

As Fuerteventura has a 12 month season, we charge the same rate throughout the year without any seasonal supplements and, to help with the current economic climate, we are maintaining the same rate as for the last two years.

This substantial holiday accommodation is being offered at 350 euros per week for up to 2 people plus an additional €25 euros per person per week for 3 to 6 people.
