Itinerary / Highlights

Sunday - Arrive at Al-mudawar Hotel. Arrival drinks and talk on what the week will entail

Monday - Cycling in either the picturesque Natural Park of Sierrasuela with plenty of up hill challenges or via Pecuaria Almodovar Del Rio to Trasierra.

Tuesday - 1st March to 1st November: Day on the water: Waterskiing or wakeboarding. This day is spent at Europe's largest and most professional ski school situated here on our doorstep.
2nd November to 28th February: Due to weather conditions this day is replaced with a walk including local caves and an afternoon of archery.

Wednesday - Day off to explore Cordoba City or for those wanting to relax you have full use of either the private pool next to the hotel or full use of the club at the Xtreme-Gene watersport centre where you can swim, sunbath, kayaks.

Thursday - Eco Adventure Park : Here you can enjoy a forest of adventures and routes on quad bikes. The hire wire forest adventure is a great and unique way of having fun and a real sense of personal achievement on this high adrenalin activity but it is Ok for mixed groups as the park has courses for all levels so no worries for those less brave !

Friday - Horse riding around the beautiful lake Embalse de la Brena or in the surrounding hills of Sierra Morena. Plus half a day Kayaking.

Accommodation Details

This is a new guest house conveniently located in Almodovar Del Rio town center. It is a typical Spanish house cleverly restored with a Moroccan twist. It has 10 bedrooms and all rooms have air conditioning, TV with English channels and en suite bathrooms.

Guests have use of the indoor patio and roof terrace. There is also a dining room and small lounge with internet connection. It is owned and managed by a friendly Spanish couple who speak good English.
