Inaugurated in 1999, the hotel is set in a 5000 metres square garden, surrounded by coconuts and cashew nut trees, on the beach front and next to the sand dune where you can see the most famous sun set in north-eastern Brazil.

The walls are made of clay brick, the roofs of palm trees and floor of wood made to especially have natural ventilation. The stilt houses are made of wood, built on 3 metre eucalyptus pillars. The rustic decoration of coconuts and straw will integrate you into this paradise.

Standard apartments – 3 first floor apartments with garden views. Spacious with 30m² are built with local material. The walls are made of clay brick, the roofs of palm trees and floor of wood. Each one equipped with mini bar, air conditioning, solar power shower, king size beds with mosquito nets, hammock at veranda and can accommodate 3 people.

Comfort apartments – 4 first floor apartments with garden views. Each one very spacious with 45m², divided in 2 areas and Built with local material, the walls are made of clay brick, the roofs of palm trees and floor of wood. Everyone equipped with mini bar, air conditioning, solar power shower, king size beds with mosquito nets, hammock on the veranda and can accommodate 4 people.

Bungalow - 8 bungalows in the garden. Each one very spacious with 30m², built from local materials. The walls are made of clay brick, the roofs of palm trees (Carnaúba) and floor of wood (Moracatiara) made to especially have natural ventilation. It can accommodate 3 people.

Palafitas – 7 houses on stilts with 28m² built on 3 meters eucalyptus pillars with a 180º view. Each one equipped with mini bar, ceiling fan, king size beds with spring mattress and mosquito nets, hammock on the veranda. Located with sand dune view (room 12, 13 and 14), view to the sea (room 15, 17 and 18) and first floor stilt house (room 16) and it can accommodate 2 people.

Comfort Palafitas- 2 houses on stilts with 45m² built on 3 meters eucalyptus pillars, with 2 verandas with sea and sand dune view. Each one equipped with mini bar, ceiling fan, king size beds with spring mattress and mosquito nets, hammock at veranda. It can accommodate 4 people.
